"It's very important to me that we look forward and thrive and that we signal stability to the market," says Anansi president Semareh Al-Hillal.
“I look forward to putting my own stamp on a storied house,” says Brochu.
Both Nash and de Groot will continue working with Anansi on a freelance basis.
“In everything I aspire to do as a publisher, excellence is the thing I’m chasing,” Nash says.
As Walsh takes time to focus on his health, the staff at Anansi will be working to bring the fall list to market, while also making tentative moves back to a more public work environment.
